We provided a combined re-cladding scaffold design and hoist support scaffold design to deliver safe façade access while enabling the high-level installation of heavy plant, including machinery and air-conditioning units. The access scaffold was engineered with a clear tie strategy and loading allowances to suit the re-cladding sequence, keeping the workface productive and compliant. In parallel, the hoist support was designed to manage lifting loads and load paths back into verified support points, with stability checks for wind and operational actions. Full GA drawings and structural calculations were issued to support safe erection, lifting operations and handover.
