This project involved a full perimeter access scaffold designed around the building, with only the upper lifts boarded to focus access where it was needed for high-level roof cladding repairs. The arrangement reduced material and dead load at lower levels while still providing a stable, fully tied structure up to the working height. Our design package included clear GA drawings and calculations to verify load paths, tie strategy, and overall stability for the repair sequence.
