Free Quotations

Fast, clear quotations for every scaffold design — free of charge.

Send us your enquiry details and we’ll return a written quotation that clearly defines scope, deliverables and assumptions, so there are no surprises later.

What Our Quotation Includes:

  • Client name (company / contact)

  • Site address

  • Quotation date

  • Project number (for traceability and future reference)

  • what3words location (w3w) where provided (useful for access points, compounds, and specific elevations)

How we interpret your enquiry information

We base our quotation on the information supplied at enquiry stage and our interpretation of the scope required. The more complete the enquiry, the more accurate the cost and turnaround we can provide.

Typical items that affect scope include (but aren’t limited to):

  • scaffold type (access, façade, roof, birdcage, gantry, temporary roof, etc.)

  • overall height / lift arrangement

  • loading bays / hoists / bridges / fans

  • sheeting, netting, monoflex or shrink-wrap (wind loading implications)

  • tie strategy / tie locations available

  • ground conditions and any constraints at base

  • public interface (pavements, roads, exclusion zones)

  • need for 3D analysis or independent checks (e.g., Cat III)

This structure helps both sides stay aligned — especially when multiple phases, elevations, or revisions are involved.

If anything is unclear, we’ll ask the right questions early — before design time is spent.

What to send us for a quick, accurate quote..

  • photos of the area/elevation (wide + close-up)

  • site address + w3w location(s) for access points

  • sketch / marked-up PDF / existing drawings

  • required start date and any programme constraints

  • notes on restrictions (tie prohibition zones, fragile roofs, live services, etc.)
